The Gitex Africa event, held in the vibrant city of Marrakech, proved to be an exceptional opportunity to forge new business relationships, exchange experiences, and gain inspiration in the field of the latest IT and technological achievements. Our company was represented by Magdalena Oliwa, Sales Director, who had the pleasure of presenting our unique solutions to exhibitors from the finance and healthcare sectors.
Africa is a region that has particularly interested us in recent weeks. This is all thanks to our recently initiated collaboration with the OPHTHA Global Foundation – for the care of children’s eyesight. As part of our partnership, we have made the low-code platform archITekt available to conduct a series of Ophthalmic Screening Examinations, which will take place in Kenya. We have decided to support the OPHTHA Global Foundation by developing a dedicated application for the registration and record-keeping of patients participating in ophthalmic examinations.

Ghita Mezzour, Minister of Digital Transformation and Administrative Reform of Morocco. The speakers shared their visions and experiences, emphasizing Africa’s digital potential and the role of technology in the continent’s sustainable development.

Gitex Africa highlighted the growing importance of technology in Africa, where a young population and rapid urbanization are accelerating digital growth. With predictions that the technology market in Africa will grow from $115 billion to $712 billion by 2050, the event showcased the critical importance of investments and innovations in the region. The support of tech giants such as Microsoft and Google, along with the increasing number of tech startups, confirms the dynamic technological development of the continent.
