On April 15, Joanna Skawińska and Agata Zapała – both analysts in the VSoft Debt Collection Area Development Division – participated in a conference organized by Golden Solutions, devoted to the present and future of debt collection in the era of a pandemic. During the online meeting, issues related to the challenges faced by debt collection departments and companies focused on the debt collection industry during the pandemic were discussed.
A significant value of the conference was the discussions of the panellists, during which debt collection practitioners raised interesting topics about the future of the receivables monitoring area and the directions of development of the industry. A large dose of data and analysis on the debt management market confirms the need to keep track of trends and adapt the development of tools to the changing reality.
