The CSV output file download works incrementally and includes information on case status, actions, hearings, entities, links, documents, as well as files of these documents.

Two modes of operation

The Connector can operate in an automatic or manual mode, meaning that it queries the Portal for all cases a plenipotentiary has access to, or only those that have been designated.

E-delivery

Downloading letters deemed delivered is done automatically, so that the user does not have to log into the Portal for this purpose, and all the data about the cases are at hand.

Query calendar

The functionality allows the Portal to be queried according to a schedule that takes into account the plenipotentiary’s days off, which is essential due to the date of commencing the course of process deadlines.

Downloading the list of cases

The Connector has an option to download a list of all the plenipotentiary’s cases to which they have access in the Portal, as well as their reference numbers or information on links to the superior case.

Filing case access requests

The enhancement involves the possibility of automatically filing plenipotentiary access requests and downloading information about the status of the filed request.

Monitoring of deadlines

The software generates reminders for crucial pleading deadlines. Alerts, for instance, inform the user how many days have passed since the publication or download date of a document for a given case.

Integration with the internal system

When configuring the product, the customer has the possibility to define the location of input and output files transferred between the system handling court cases and the Portal.
